Jacob Hurley graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in December 2020. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of North Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health degree, graduating magna cum laude.

Joining the Vero Orthopaedics team shortly after earning his DPT degree, Jake works with the physicians to prepare a plan to meet your needs and goals. As a physical therapist, he provides a one-on-one evaluation where information is gathered to create an individualized, conservative treatment plan. Graduating from a university that specializes in manual therapy techniques, Jake uses a hands-on approach partnered with targeted exercises to help you regain strength and function.

Born in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Jake has grown to love saltwater sports and the great outdoors. His hobbies include fishing, surfing, camping, hiking, and many more wildlife activities.
