About Aaron Smith
Aaron Smith is a physician assistant who works directly alongside Dr. Alfredo Arrojas, specializing in hip and knee diagnosis, conservative treatment, injections, and joint replacements.
Aaron grew up in Arkansas and received his undergraduate degree in biology at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He then completed his physician assistant training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
An avid athlete and Division II linebacker recruit, Aaron suffered a severe shoulder separation and underwent subsequent shoulder surgery. Through the recovery process, he developed a fascination with orthopaedics. After graduation, Aaron immediately went into sports medicine and orthopaedic urgent care outside of Chicago. He then moved to Florida and transitioned his focus to joint replacement, working alongside Dr. Arrojas.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and golf and is currently training for triathlons with the goal of completing an IRONMAN in the future.
