About Dr. Stem

Dr. Jesse Stem is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon with more than 20 years of experience treating neck and back conditions. His priority is helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that improve their quality of life.

Dr. Stem takes a patient-centered, team-based approach to care, emphasizing physical therapy, medication, injections, and other nonsurgical treatments whenever appropriate. When surgery is necessary, he works closely with each patient to select the least invasive option suited to their condition and goals.

Dr. Stem advocates a patient-centered treatment philosophy focused on appropriate conservative care, evidence-based surgical decision-making, and individualized treatment planning to help patients return to an active lifestyle.
